Job Description of Customer Support Associate:

As a key liaison between the company and our valued customers, you'll tackle inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and promote our suite of products and services, ensuring customers maximize their DISH experience. Duties and functions of the position:
- Serve as a reliable guide for customers navigating billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions, assisting them in optimizing their service experience.
- Swiftly and effectively deal with customer concerns, from routine inquiries to escalated issues, over the phone.
- Exhibit flexibility in your work hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure ongoing availability for meeting customer demands.
- Demonstrate the capability to adapt and bounce back in a dynamic setting, maintaining involvement and focus during interactions with customers.
- Partner closely with team members to deliver superior customer service and to sustain DISH's reputation for excellence within the industry.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Support Associate:
- Possessing a high school diploma or GED, or applicable comparable experience.
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving for six months, showing a proven track record of accomplishments.
- Willingness to embrace coaching and continuous learning, adapting techniques to enhance performance. All candidates must exhibit:
- Impressive phone etiquette and strong communication skills, displaying attentiveness and professionalism consistently during shifts.
- Dependable attendance and flexibility to cater to fluctuating work hours, such as occasional shifts every 3-4 months.
- Demonstrating proficiency in multitasking and technology proficiency, effectively multitasking with various applications while delivering top-tier customer service.
- Capable utilization of Microsoft Office or G-suite tools in order to expedite tasks.

- Commencing compensation at $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with supplementary differentials for weekend and evening shifts.
