Job Summary:

Sales Account Executive candidates looking to join the award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team at DISH have the chance to earn significant compensation with a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coect with new and returning customers by advertising DISH and Boost products and services on inbound calls.
• Determine the individual needs of each client and present personalized options to offer exceptional value.
• Practicing tenacity in overcoming obstacles and keeping your attention fixed on achieving sales objectives.
• By effectively managing time and displaying opeess to embrace new sales methods, an individual can significantly boost their value as a sales contributor.
• Develop strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and guaranteeing their happiness.
• Thoroughly record customer details for easy retrieval and follow-up purposes.
• Improve customer relations by actively listening to their feedback and taking quick action to address their needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional skills in expressing thoughts and ideas through verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• A high school graduation certificate is required, but candidates with a college education will have an added advantage.
• Prior to being hired, applicants may undergo pre-employment screenings, which could include drug testing, to ensure they meet the necessary standards.
• Candidates must be willing and able to work full-time at one of DISH's Direct Sales facilities in-person.
• The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to work on weekends and holidays as specified in the provided schedules.
• A live network coection on a smartphone or any such digital device is necessary.
