Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase business for DISH and Boost by pitching their offerings to both new and existing clients in a 100% inbound call environment.
• Assess the particular demands of every customer and recommend personalized options that offer optimal value.
• I exhibit tenacity in my ability to push through challenges and remain steadfast in achieving my sales targets.
• To optimize your sales output, it is essential to effectively manage time, keep an open mind towards learning novel strategies, and pursue professional growth.
• The key to success in any business is to create and foster positive relationships with customers while guaranteeing high-quality service and contentment.
• Record customer information meticulously to enable easy retrieval and follow-up.
• Achieve excellence in customer care by carefully hearing customers' issues and handling them swiftly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Expertise in effectively communicating using different mediums, such as speaking, writing, and interacting with others.
• Educational qualifications for this position include a high school diploma and preference is given to college graduates.
• The candidates need to pass through all the pre-employment screening procedures, including a drug test.
• One of the prerequisites for the job is the ability to work on-site, full-time at DISH's Direct Sales centers.
• The ability to work without limitations, including weekends and holidays, according to the designated schedules.
• One of the basic prerequisites is owning a smartphone or similar device that is coected to an active network.
