Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Optimize the sales of DISH and Boost by implementing a foolproof inbound call selling plan.
- Evaluate each individual client's unique requirements and suggest customized solutions to ensure the highest possible value is delivered.
- Overcoming obstacles while keeping sales targets at the forefront is critical.
- The path to sales success is paved with effective time management and an insatiable desire to explore and adopt new sales tactics.
- To nurture customer relationships that last, focus on meeting their needs and delivering outstanding service every time.
- It is mandatory to maintain precise records of customer information to allow for quick and effective follow-up activities.
- To provide exceptional customer service, it is important to actively listen to customers and take swift action to address any grievances they may have.
Qualifications and Experience:
- The significance of exceptional communication skills across diverse mediums, including interpersonal abilities, written communication, and verbal communication, caot be overstated for this position.
- While a high school certificate is the minimum prerequisite, those with higher qualifications, notably a college diploma, would have an edge during the selection process
- Pre-employment procedures that candidates must undergo entail drug testing and various other background checks
- A requirement for the job post is that candidates should be capable of working full-time at DISH Network Corporation's Direct Sales sites
- Within the scope of predetermined schedules for this position, it is mandatory to have flexibility in working hours, which encompasses weekends and public holidays
