The Inside Sales & Retention team excels at matching our unique product value to customer needs through excellent inbound salesmanship.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Choose DISH for the best picture quality, easy-to-use equipment and most skilled customer service in the industry.
• Work out individualized solutions designed to meet the demands of consumers.
• Show determination; focus efforts on achieving sales targets.
• Success requires time management skills and being open to opportunity.
• A genuine desire to help customers shows caring and respect for others’ needs as well as their own .
• Record customer information accurately for data integrity purposes.
• Provide exceptional support so that all your customers’ needs are met — then surpassed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to effectively express oneself verbally, in writing or through interpersonal communications is required
• High school diploma required; some college or special courses suggested but not needed
• Prospective employees must pass a drug test during pre-employment screening process in order to maintain a drug-free workplace
• We have full-time positions available at our Direct Sales centers nationwide
• Must be able adjust work hours as needed within given schedule
• Mobile device or gadget with responsive network coection availability
