Job Summary:

As a Field Technician, your job is to ensure TV and Smart Home solutions are delivered to homes everywhere, representing DISH every day, and sharing knowledge on smart homes with homeowners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Our objective as DISH's residential representative is to assist homeowners in streamlining their daily routines and present them with smart home alternatives.
• The ability to quickly coect with customers is a key ingredient in providing exceptional service.
• Carry out tasks that involve working at heights and coping with different weather conditions, including the use of ladders that reach 40 feet.
• You must be capable of lifting more than 70 lbs and have a valid driver's license with no traffic violations to be considered for the job.
• Travel might be necessary due to work obligations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Skillful in developing a strong coection and providing remarkable assistance to customers.
• Proficiency to perform tasks at heights and in different weather circumstances.
• Potential to bear loads greater than 70 lbs using physical capacity.
• A clean driving record and a valid license are mandatory.
