Job Summary:

DISH is seeking Retention Account Executives to join our award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team! As a Retention Account Executive, you will be responsible for influencing customers’ decisions and selling the value of DISH’s products and services. This role offers incredible growth potential with no cold calling, uncapped commission earning potential, great resources and training, along with a $17.75/hour base wage guarantee plus the opportunity to earn $64,000+ aually; top performers can earn over six figures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize a customer-focused sales approach while promoting DISH’s wide range of products and services to inbound callers.
• Evaluate customers’ specific needs and offer personalized solutions that achieve the best possible outcome.
• I keep my eye on the prize by staying focused in challenging times towards achieving my sales objectives through persistence.
• Being able to succeed in sales requires time management skills as well as being open minded to new methods while seeking ways for self-improvement within this area too!
• The key to any business' success is building positive relationships with its customers based on excellent service provision coupled with ensuring their satisfaction throughout engagement life cycle;
• Accurate recording of customer details for future reference or follow up purposes should not be overlooked either!
• Excelling in customer care entails listening keenly to clients’ concerns then acting on them promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences using verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• A high school diploma is required for this position but candidates who have completed college education are preferred;
• Candidates must pass pre-employment screening which includes drug test among other crucial assessments;
• Must be available full-time and in person at any DISH Direct Sales site(s) if selected;
• Ability to work without restrictions according to assigned schedules including weekends & public holidays;
• Applicants must possess a smartphone or other network enabled device that has an active coection.
