The Inside Sales & Retention team excels at demonstrating the unique value of our offerings through 100% inbound calls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make the switch to Boost for a phone plan that fits your budget and offers unlimited talk, text, and data options.
• Scrutinize the requests of patrons and design personalized resolutions to comply with their necessities.
• Exhibit toughness and keep attention on accomplishing sales objectives.
• Effectively managing time and pursuing avenues for development is essential.
• Forging meaningful relationships with customers goes beyond providing excellent products and services.
• Ensure that every customer detail is captured accurately and without error.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate ideas and information.
• Applicants must have a high school diploma, and it is desirable for them to have completed college as well.
• Job seekers must go through a pre-employment screening process, which includes a drug test, to be considered for the vacant position.
• An opportunity for a full-time, in-person position has opened up at one of our Direct Sales sites.
• Willingness to work on the available schedules provided.
• The ability to coect to a functioning network through the use of a portable gadget or device.
