Job Summary:

As a Field Technician, your role is to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions, interact with homeowners regularly, and recommend ways to take advantage of smart home technology.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• At DISH, we work to simplify our clients' lives by serving as representatives in their homes and providing expert consultation on smart home technology.
• The art of building rapport is an essential skill for anyone who wants to excel in customer service.
• Implement tasks that demand working at higher elevations, including scaling ladders that extend up to 40 feet, and adapting to all types of weather conditions.
• The candidate must have a valid driver's license with no incidents and be able to lift weights greater than 70 lbs.
• Being required to go on trips may be part of the job description.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in building a rapid rapport and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work at elevated positions and in variable weather conditions.
• Ability to move objects over 70 lbs by physical force.
• A legitimate driver's license and a history free of driving violations are essential for this position.
