Responsibilities and tasks of the position:
- Act as a reliable source for addressing questions related to billing, programming, and technical issues, assisting customers in maximizing their service experience, whether they are new or long-standing clients.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, spaing from standard questions to more serious problems, via telephone communication.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays to cater to the demands of customers while ensuring consistent availability.
- Show flexibility and perseverance in a dynamic setting, sustaining attentiveness and dedication when engaging with customers.
- Work together efficiently with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and maintain DISH's renowned reputation for quality.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Support Specialist:
- Completion of high school education or equivalent qualification.
- Six months of established experience in customer service and resolving issues, showcasing a proven history of achievements.
- Demonstrating a readiness to engage in coaching and commit to ongoing learning, adjusting methods to improve results. Every applicant should display the following traits:
- Exceptional maers on the phone and strong communication abilities, demonstrating focus and professionalism consistently during work hours.
- Consistent presence and adaptability to cater to fluctuating work hours, such as occasional shifts every 3-4 months.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently using technology, skillfully juggling various applications while providing excellent customer service.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office or G-suite software, enabling streamlined completion of tasks.
