Sales Account Executive

Job Summary:

Join the award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team at DISH as a Sales Account Executive, where you'll have the opportunity to influence customer decision-making by selling the value of DISH’s products and services using a consultative approach. This role offers uncapped commission, no cold calling, and provides the best tools and support to fast-track your career. With a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission, this position offers a target compensation of $64,000/year, with potential for significantly higher earnings based on performance. Top performers have the opportunity to make well over six figures aually and advance within the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell DISH and Boost products and services to both new and existing customers through 100% inbound calls.
• Assess each customer’s needs and provide tailored solutions to offer the best value.
• Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus on sales goals.
• Effectively manage time and remain open to learning new sales methods to advance as a contributor.
• Build and nurture customer relationships while ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Document customer information accurately for future reference and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, which may include a drug test.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in one of DISH’s Direct Sales facilities.
• Open availability to work provided schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a smartphone or other device with an active network coection.
