Job Summary of Warehouse Inventory Coordinator:

The primary responsibility of this role is to support a 24/7 facilities operation by performing various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include facility maintenance, inventory management, inspections, and light repairs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Inventory Coordinator:

• Maintain the appearance of the facilities and grounds.
• Manage inventory of assets, including furniture, forklifts, warehouse equipment, and racking.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections for corporate safety and compliance.
• Conduct vehicle, forklift, fire extinguisher, and racking inspections.
• Operate forklifts and assist with warehouse organization.
• Perform light maintenance duties and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Inventory Coordinator:

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with Google Sheets and computer-based inventory control systems.
• Knowledge of asset management and logistics.
• Experience in groundskeeping and light maintenance.
• Understanding of safe work practices for maintenance operations.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

The hourly pay range for this role is $24.00 - $29.00.
