Job Summary:

The Inside Sales & Retention team is responsible for showcasing the value of our offerings to customers in a 100% inbound call setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• DISH offers a range of features like DVR, on-demand content, and streaming options to enhance the TV viewing experience.
• Ascertain the prerequisites of consumers and formulate individualized remedies to accommodate their preferences.
• Demonstrate fortitude and center efforts on meeting sales targets.
• The key to success lies in time management and seizing opportunities.
• Creating strong relationships with customers is instrumental in driving growth and enhancing brand image.
• Precisely record all customer details with utmost accuracy.
• Provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and ensures their happiness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Effective and articulate in both written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal interaction.
• Those who wish to apply to this position must have a high school diploma, and college graduates will be given preference.
• To maintain a drug-free workplace, prospective employees are required to pass a drug test during the pre-employment screening process.
• We're seeking a qualified individual for a full-time, in-office role at our Direct Sales facility.
• Promise to work as per the given schedules without any exceptions.
