Job Summary:

DISH is looking for talented individuals to join their celebrated Inside Sales & Retention team as Retention Account Executives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping customers' choices to obtain DISH's services and products by expounding on their value. DISH provides an unrivaled opportunity for you to earn uncapped commission without the need for cold-calling and offers top of the line resources and training required for success. You will earn a base salary of $17.75/hour and have a target compensation of $64,000/year while top performers surpass six figures aually.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for DISH and Boost via inbound calls from customers by effectively selling their products and services.
• Analyze the distinct necessities of each consumer and suggest tailored answers that provide the most advantageous outcome.
• My perseverance is evident in my capability to overcome setbacks while keeping my focus on hitting my sales objectives.
• Achieving success in sales requires adeptly managing your time, being amenable to new techniques, and seeking out opportunities for progression.
• Building and cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients while delivering top-notch customer service is fundamental.
• Document customer details appropriately to facilitate future reference and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being all ears to customer grievances and taking immediate actions to fix them.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in interpersonal communication, written expression, and verbal articulation.
• While a high school diploma is mandatory, individuals with a college background are highly recommended for this role.
• It is obligatory for all applicants to go through necessary pre-employment evaluations, which involve a drug test.
• For potential candidates, it is imperative to be available for on-site, full-time work at one of DISH's Direct Sales outlets.
• Availability to work as per assigned schedules with no restrictions, even during weekends and holidays.
• A smartphone or any device with a functional network coection is a necessity that caot be ignored.
