Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase customer satisfaction and boost your sales by promoting DISH and Boost products and services through 100% inbound calls.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing top-tier service and ensuring their contentment.
• Record customer information with precision to enable future reference and follow-up.
• Enhance the customer experience by attentively listening to their concerns and taking swift action to address them.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional communication skills in various areas including spoken, written, and social interaction.
• A high school degree is essential, but we encourage applicants with a higher level of education, particularly those with a college degree.
• Candidates must pass a series of pre-employment checks, including drug testing, in order to be employed with the company.
• Applicants must be able to work on-site and in full-time mode at one of DISH's Direct Sales facilities.
• This position demands opeess to work during weekends and holidays as per the pre-determined schedules.
• One of the basic requirements is to have a smartphone or any other gadget that has an operational network coection.
