Job Summary:

Sales Account Executive candidates looking to join the award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team at DISH have the chance to earn significant compensation with a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Give your customers the best by offering them the opportunity to purchase DISH and Boost products and services through inbound calls.
• Assess the individual needs of customers and offer customized options to deliver unparalleled value.
• Demonstrating determination in overcoming hurdles while keeping your eyes fixed on sales goals.
• The ability to manage time effectively and keep an open mind towards adopting fresh approaches in sales can greatly enhance one's performance.
• Cultivate coections with clients and prioritize their contentment by delivering top-notch service.
• Keep precise records of customer information to reference and follow up with ease.
• Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers and promptly addressing their needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• An expert in various forms of communication including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• A high school graduation certificate is required, but candidates with a college education will have an added advantage.
• In order to be selected for the job, prospective employees must pass a series of pre-employment assessments, which could involve drug testing.
• The job opening at DISH's Direct Sales facilities requires a full-time on-site presence.
• Working on weekends and holidays is among the requirements for this job, and the applicant has open availability to comply.
• A live network coection on a smartphone or any such digital device is necessary.
