Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully promoting DISH and Boost services to new and loyal consumers.
• Analyzing customer needs and presenting personalized solutions that offer maximum value.

• Crafting and upholding robust customer relationships while ensuring their gratification through top-notch services.
• It is crucial to document customer information accurately to avoid any discrepancies in billing and to obtain demographic data for business analysis.

Requirements of the job:

• Proficient in expressing thoughts and ideas through flawless verbal, written, and social communication.
• Proof of secondary education (with a preference for candidates who possess a four-year college degree).
• The readiness of a potential hire to undergo pre-employment screening, encompassing drug testing and other relevant assessments.
• Being available to work from one of our Direct Sales facilities on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to adjust work hours as needed, even on weekends and public holidays.
• Accessing the virtual world requires possessing an operational internet coection and a functional phone or device.

The remuneration package for this role consists of a starting pay of $17.25 per hour, along with an open-ended prospect for earning commission. The intended compensation for a year's work is expected to be approximately $64,000, however, high-performing employees can make in excess of a six-figure income on an aual basis. Furthermore, the initial year provides the chance to obtain a promotion that will culminate in a pay increase commensurate with the degree change.
