Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retention Call Center Agent:

• Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and provide the best-valued solution.
• Maintain resilience and focus while handling customer interactions.
• Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling real-time data entry.
• Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Salary:

Compensation: $17.75/hour - $34.87/hour
