Job Summary:

DISH desires to onboard Retention Account Executives who will join their celebrated Inside Sales & Retention team. Your function as a Retention Account Executive will be to influence customers' decision-making processes and sell the value of DISH's products and services. There are remarkable growth opportunities in this role, with no cold-calling, uncapped commission earning potential, and outstanding resources and training. Moreover, you are guaranteed a base salary of $17.75/hour, with the potential of earning $64,000 yearly, with top-performers exceeding six figures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase sales for DISH and Boost by utilizing active listening and persuasive selling techniques when handling inbound calls.
• Scrutinize the individual needs of each customer and propose customized answers that deliver exceptional value.

• Progressing in the field of sales entails skillful time management, a willingness to learn iovative ways of selling, and actively seeking to advance your career.
• A fundamental aspect of achieving customer satisfaction is developing and nurturing relationships with your customers.
• Document customer details appropriately to facilitate future reference and follow-up.
• Achieve excellence in customer care by carefully hearing customers' issues and handling them swiftly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Superb skills in conveying information and expressing ideas verbally, in writing, and through social interactions.
• The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma, while having a college education is preferred.
• A drug test is an integral part of pre-employment screenings that all job seekers must go through.
• To be eligible for the position, applicants must be willing and able to work full-time and on-site at a DISH Direct Sales facility.
• Open availability to work as per designated schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• A requirement that caot be ignored is owning a smartphone or any other network-enabled device with an active coection.
