Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls & make outbound calls from customers who have recently started or requested service on Dish Network television programming packages.
• Identify the needs of each customer and provide appropriate recommendations to ensure they get the most value out of DISH's suite of products & services.
• Show fortitude in recovering from setbacks and maintaining focus on sales targets.
• Time management skills are critical – ability to work under time pressure while adapting to new methods is key to individual and company success in sales.
• Cultivate relationships with clients through great service ensuring their overall satisfaction.
• Record customer information accurately for future reference purposes as well as follow-up actions needed by others who may come into contact with them later down the line.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by listening proactively to their complaints or feedback then resolving any issues promptly according to company policy/practices/procedures etc., thereby going above expectations set forth within this role description!

Qualifications and Experience:

• An ability to effectively communicate messages using excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills is a must-have trait for this position.
• Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent; however preference will be given towards those who have pursued higher education especially college level courses related directly with communication studies among others .
• Selectees may be required pass pre-employment assessments including drug test(s) depending upon position being offered at DISH's Direct Sales sites.
• Applicants must be able to work on site for full-time hours at DISH's Direct Sales facilities.
• The successful candidate will need to have weekend availability and holiday flexibility as required by the schedule provided.
• A smartphone or other digital device with a working internet coection is required for this role.
