Job Description of Client Service Coordinator:

As a key liaison between the company and our valued customers, you'll tackle inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and promote our suite of products and services, ensuring customers maximize their DISH experience. Responsibilities and tasks involved in the job:
- Provide expertise in guiding customers through inquiries related to billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring both new users and existing clients maximize their service benefits.
- Skillfully manage customer complaints and inquiries, from basic questions to escalated concerns, through phone interactions.
- Ensure constant availability for customers by working varied shifts, which may include weekends and holidays, to accommodate their requirements.
- Illustrate resourcefulness and toughness in a rapidly changing atmosphere, remaining focused and committed during customer interactions.
- Team up effectively with colleagues to ensure superior customer service and to uphold DISH's longstanding reputation for excellence in the field.
Qualifications and Experience of Client Service Coordinator:
- Attainment of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent level of experience.
- Proven ability in customer service and resolving issues for the previous six months, showcasing a track record of achievements.
- Willingness to embrace coaching and continuous learning, adapting techniques to enhance performance. All candidates must exhibit:
- Outstanding phone demeanor and effective communication skills, maintaining attentiveness and professionalism consistently during shifts.
- Consistent attendance and willingness to be flexible in accommodating diverse work hours, including periodic changes every 12-15 weeks.
- Proficient in multitasking and technology navigation, skillfully handling a variety of applications while exceeding customer service expectations.
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office or G-suite applications, expediting task accomplishment.
