Job Summary:

As a Field Technician, your role is to bring TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. You will be the face of DISH, interacting with homeowners frequently and offer consultation on smart homes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serving as DISH's representative in customers' residences, we aim to simplify their lives and explore smart home options for their benefit.
• Establishing a quick rapport with customers is crucial for delivering top-notch service experiences.
• Perform duties while working at various heights, such as scaling ladders up to 40 feet, and in varying weather conditions.
• The ability to carry objects weighing over 70 lbs and a clean driving record are required for this position.
• Job duties may involve traveling to certain places.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Having the ability to establish a quick rapport and deliver extraordinary customer service.
• Capability to operate at elevated locations and under diverse meteorological circumstances.
• Ability to lift more than 70 lbs of weight with physical strength.
• Possession of an unblemished driving history and a legitimate driver's license.
