Job Summary:

DISH invites you to bring your talent and expertise to their award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team as a Retention Account Executive. As a Retention Account Executive, you play a significant role in influencing customer decision-making and promoting DISH's products and services. The role comes with vast potential for growth, exceptional resources and training, uncapped commission earning potential, and no cold-calling requirements. Furthermore, you receive a base pay of $17.75/hour, with an expected aual commission of $64,000, and top performers earning six figures or more.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a loyal customer base for DISH and Boost by ensuring each inbound call is handled professionally and efficiently while promoting their products and services.
  • Analyze the particular requests of each client and propose customized alternatives that provide the best value.
  • I exhibit remarkable resiliency in my approach to overcoming obstacles and maintaining unwavering focus on my sales goals.
  • Successfully navigating the world of sales necessitates expertise in time management, a willingness to embrace iovative strategies, and a drive to advance your role within the team.
  • Building and nurturing customer coections is critical in guaranteeing excellence in service and satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer information to allow for streamlined future references and follow-up.
  • Exceed customer expectations by attentively listening to their problems and providing prompt and effective solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Outstanding communication abilities, including strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma, however, preference is given to college graduates.
  • Prospective candidates must comply with all the pre-employment prerequisites, which include passing a drug test.
  • The requisite for the job is to work full-time and be physically present at one of DISH's Direct Sales facilities on-site.
  • Ability to work without any restrictions as per assigned schedules, including weekends, and public holidays.
  • The possession of a smartphone or any other device that can coect to a network is a must-have requirement.
