Job Summary:

Sales Account Executive candidates looking to join the award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team at DISH have the chance to earn significant compensation with a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase your DISH and Boost sales by leveraging 100% inbound calls.
• Assess the individual needs of customers and offer customized options to deliver unparalleled value.
• Exhibiting perseverance in overcoming adversity while staying dedicated to achieving sales goals.
• By effectively managing time and displaying opeess to embrace new sales methods, an individual can significantly boost their value as a sales contributor.
• Focus on building and maintaining customer relationships through outstanding service and prioritizing their contentment.
• Thoroughly record customer details for easy retrieval and follow-up purposes.
• Elevate customer service by actively listening to customer feedback and quickly addressing any concerns they may have.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Adept at communication across all mediums including verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
• A high school graduation certificate is required, but candidates with a college education will have an added advantage.
• Pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, are conducted to assess the suitability of candidates for the position.
• Candidates must be willing and able to work full-time at one of DISH's Direct Sales facilities in-person.
• This position demands opeess to work during weekends and holidays as per the pre-determined schedules.
• One must have a smartphone or any similar gadget with a live network coection.
