Job Summary of Sales Call Center Agent:

This position offers a base pay of $17.75 per hour with uncapped commission, leading to first-year on-target earnings of $68,000. No prior experience is required, and full-time paid training is provided. The Inside Sales & Retention team drives customer decision-making by selling the value of EchoStar’s products and services through a consultative approach. This is a 100% inbound role, handling new and existing customers no cold calling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Call Center Agent:

• Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and offer the best value-driven solution.
• Demonstrate resilience and maintain focus on long-term sales goals.
• Manage time effectively while handling customer engagement, system navigation, and data entry.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster lasting relationships.
• Comprehensive onboarding for both entry-level candidates and those with transferable skills.
• Immersive training with computer-based modules, instructor-led sessions, hands-on activities, role-play, and call shadowing.
• Structured mentorship program for new hires.

Salary:

• Hourly compensation: $17.75 - $34.87 per hour.
