Job Summary of Telecommunication Technician:

This role is responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to customers while ensuring an exceptional experience. The position involves installing, servicing, and educating customers about DISH products and smart home technology. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Telecommunication Technician:

• Independently install, service, and troubleshoot DISH products and smart home solutions in customer homes.
• Educate customers on product usage and smart home benefits.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide high-quality service.
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining a clean work area and a positive attitude.
• Manage daily schedules efficiently to meet customer service expectations.
• Work in various environments, including rooftops, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications and Experience of Telecommunication Technician:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Physically capable of standing on ladders up to 40 feet, lifting over 70 lbs, and working in tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
