Job Summary:

At DISH, the job of a Business Representative is to use a customer-centric approach in selling DISH’s products and services through uncapped commission plus $17.75/hour base pay.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximize your DISH and Boost sales by leveraging our 100% inbound call selling strategy.
• Understand each client’s unique needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver top-tier value.
• Show resilience in overcoming challenges while remaining committed to hitting sales targets.
• Being successful in sales requires time management skills as well as an open mind for new methods that can help improve sales performance.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers through excellent service delivery that ensures their satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer details for future reference and follow-up.
• Enhance customer service by actively listening to their feedback and promptly addressing any concerns they may have.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong communication skills across all media (oral/written/interpersonal).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory for application consideration.
• Interested candidates must undergo pre-employment screenings inclusive of drug tests.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at one of DISH’s Direct Sales locations is required for this position.
• Candidates should be willing to work weekends and holidays based on predetermined schedules.
• A smartphone or similar device coected to live network is necessary for this role.
