Job Summary:

Joining the Inside Sales & Retention team at DISH as a Sales Account Executive is an amazing opportunity to use a consultative sales approach to influence customer decision-making, with a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission and the possibility of making well over six figures aually.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize inbound calling to your advantage and advertise DISH and Boost products and services to potential customers.
• Analyze the unique needs of each customer and offer personalized solutions to maximize benefits.
• Holding steadfast in the face of difficulty while keeping a sharp focus on meeting sales targets.
• Success in sales demands the ability to efficiently manage time while being curious and flexible in adopting new techniques to enhance sales performance.
• Develop strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and guaranteeing their happiness.
• Organize precise customer records to make future reference and follow-up hassle-free.
• Improve customer relations by actively listening to their feedback and taking quick action to address their needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High-level communication abilities, including in verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
• All applicants must have completed high school, but those who have further education such as a college degree are preferred.
• Prior to being hired, applicants may undergo pre-employment screenings, which could include drug testing, to ensure they meet the necessary standards.
• The job opening at DISH's Direct Sales facilities requires a full-time on-site presence.
• The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to work on weekends and holidays as specified in the provided schedules.
• It is essential to have a smartphone or any such device that is coected to a live network.
