Job Summary:

DISH calls on you to join their prize-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team, where you serve as a Retention Account Executive. Here, your key function is to persuade customers about the value of purchasing DISH's products and services, thus making a significant impact on their purchase decisions. You stand to benefit from this position with uncapped commission and do not have to engage in cold-calling. DISH provides all the necessary training and resources needed for success. You will earn a base salary of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission. The overall earning potential is $64,000 every year, and top performers earn well over six figures aually.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue for DISH and Boost by promoting their products and services to customers who call in.
• Evaluate the individual requirements of each client and propose customized solutions to deliver maximum benefit.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional abilities in expressing thoughts, ideas, and concepts through verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• A high school diploma is a must-have but candidates with a college degree are highly desired.
• It is mandatory to clear all pre-employment checks, such as a substance abuse examination.
• Being available to work on a full-time basis at one of DISH's Direct Sales locations is essential.
• Willingness to work per assigned schedules with no time constraints, even during weekends and holidays.
• It is essential to possess a smartphone or any device that is coected to an active network to meet the requirements.
