Job Summary:

DISH invites you to bring your talent and expertise to their award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team as a Retention Account Executive. As a Retention Account Executive, you play a significant role in influencing customer decision-making and promoting DISH's products and services. The role comes with vast potential for growth, exceptional resources and training, uncapped commission earning potential, and no cold-calling requirements. Furthermore, you receive a base pay of $17.75/hour, with an expected aual commission of $64,000, and top performers earning six figures or more.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enhance the customer experience for DISH and Boost by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations for their offerings during inbound calls.
• Determine the particular requirements of every client and recommend tailor-made solutions that offer the most value.
• I showcase resilience by persistently overcoming challenges and keeping my sights firmly fixed on meeting my sales targets.
• To excel in sales, it is crucial to master the art of time management, remain receptive to fresh methods, and aim for advancement as a valuable team member.
• Building and cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients while delivering top-notch customer service is fundamental.
• Record customer information meticulously to enable easy retrieval and follow-up.
• Deliver superior customer service by attentively listening to clients' worries and resolving them proactively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong aptitude in language and social skills, demonstrated through excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication competencies.
• This position demands candidates to hold a high school diploma and gives a preference to those with a college degree.
• Being subjected to pre-employment drug testing is obligatory for all potential employees.
• One of the fundamental criteria for the job is the ability to work in person, full-time at one of DISH's Direct Sales locations.
• Flexible working hours with no restrictions, including weekends and holidays, as per assigned schedules.
• The possession of a smartphone or any other device that can coect to a network is a must-have requirement.
