Retention Executive

Job Summary:

Join DISH, an EchoStar Company, in revolutionizing coectivity for over four decades. We offer a wide array of services, including satellite television, live-streaming, smart home installations, and mobile products. As part of our Inside Sales & Retention team, you'll influence customer decisions by highlighting the value of our offerings. This role focuses on 100% inbound calls, eliminating the need for cold calling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell DISH and Boost products/services to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate resilience and focus on sales goals.
• Manage time effectively and seek opportunities for advancement.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Document customer information accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
• Full-time, on-site position at one of our Direct Sales facilities.
• Open availability to work provided schedules.
• Access to a smartphone or device with an active network coection.
