Job Summary:

DISH, a division of EchoStar, is hiring a talented Field Technician to join their team that aspires to change the world of coectivity. As a Field Technician, you would be responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to homeowners, representing DISH every day, and sharing insights on smart homes with homeowners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Our primary goal as DISH's representative in customers' homes is to simplify their day-to-day routines and present them with cutting-edge smart home options.
• The art of building rapport is an essential skill for anyone who wants to excel in customer service.
• Carry out duties that entail working at elevated heights, such as climbing ladders that can go up to 40 feet, and functioning in any weather conditions.
• A clean driving record and the ability to carry items weighing more than 70 lbs are prerequisite skills for this job.
• Traveling could be a requisite aspect of one's job responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Talented in developing a speedy rapport and offering outstanding customer support.
• Proficiency to carry out tasks in diverse weather conditions and at significant elevations.
• Potential to lift and carry more than 70 lbs of weight using physical ability.
• A legitimate driver's license and a history free of driving violations are essential for this position.
