Field Tech Support
Job Summary of Field Tech Support:
You will play a key role in delivering top-notch services to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently while receiving support from a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include the installation and servicing of DISH products and smart home solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the DISH performance-based goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Field Tech Support:
- Independently manage daily tasks, ensuring the installation and service of DISH products and smart home solutions.
- Educate customers on product usage and smart home benefits to enhance their experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns, providing solutions, and maintaining a professional rapport with customers.
- Sell products and services to provide the best home entertainment experience for customers.
- Follow best practices to maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure a positive company image.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product offerings and service procedures.
Qualifications and Experience of Field Tech Support:
- Previous experience in customer service or a technical field is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Physical ability to work in varying weather conditions, handle tools, lift over 70 lbs, and climb ladders (up to 40 feet).
- Ability to work autonomously, managing time effectively to meet goals.
- Must meet specific health and safety requirements for the role.

Salary:
You have the potential to earn up to $6,400 in their first year and $9,100 aually in subsequent years through performance-based bonuses.
