Job Summary:

Account Keeping Manager are needed by DISH who is a well-known member of the Inside Sales & Retention team. The job holder will be required to explain more about the value of company’s products and services offered so that one may choose them. Your base salary will be $17.75/hour with target pay at $64k/year, but top performers make over 6 figures aually.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use customer-focused selling skills to approach customers during inbound calls with DISH extensive range of products and those from Boost.
• Look closely into individual needs per client then provide tailored solutions that offer outstanding value.
• I have learned how to stay committed towards my sales targets by remaining resilient despite challenges encountered along the way.
• You need good time management skills for effective sales performance thus being open minded about new sales tactics while striving for career growth is important too.
• Building rapport with clients is vital because it ensures provision of excellent service delivery coupled with their satisfaction.
• Take detailed notes about each customer so follow-ups can be made quickly later on when required due to lack thereof currently being inefficient since you don’t remember everything said during phone call with them.
• Enhance customer experience through listening actively when they express their concerns before acting promptly upon resolving these issues raised by them faster than any other competing brand would do.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent verbal, written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly through social interaction or other means like writing or public speaking
• Minimum qualification; high school diploma although college graduates are encouraged to apply
• All applicants must pass all pre-employment screenings inclusive of drug test
• Must be able work full-time at one among many locations within DISH Direct Sales division
• Ability work unrestricted hours including weekends & holidays based on assigned shifts
• A smartphone device or any other gadget having reliable network coverage is mandatory.
