Job Summary of Senior IT Manager:

DISH is seeking a technology-driven leader to oversee the development of Enterprise B2B applications within its Commercial Wireless Digital Experience team. This role focuses on building a self-service ecosystem that enhances customer onboarding, operations, and marketplace capabilities by leveraging the latest technologies, including Salesforce.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior IT Manager:

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences and execute efficient software delivery processes.
• Collaborate with business partners and customers to develop a product vision and roadmap.
• Recruit, coach, and lead high-performing development teams.
• Integrate advanced technologies with strategic insights to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Salesforce platforms to drive digital customer experience iovation.

Qualifications and Experience of Senior IT Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM application management.
• 7+ years of experience staffing, organizing, and leading multiple development teams.
• 5+ years operating in a scaled Agile software delivery environment.
• Current Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Experience managing executive-level communications, reports, and project statuses.
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce Lightning modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience leading large-scale full life-cycle CRM implementations.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Salary:

• Aual salary range: $127,050 - $165,000.
