Job Summary of Call Center Sales Representative:

This is a 100% inbound role with no cold calling, offering a non-negotiable base pay of $17.75 per hour plus uncapped commission. First-year on-target earnings are $68,000. No prior sales experience is required, and full-time paid training is provided.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Call Center Sales Representative:

• Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and provide the best-value solutions.
• Maintain resilience and focus to achieve sales targets.
• Manage time efficiently while handling customer interactions, system navigation, and real-time data entry.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships.
