Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Skilled in marketing DISH and Boost products to a diverse range of consumers.
• Investigating the requirements of patrons and proposing personalized approaches that deliver unmatched value.
• Remaining resolute in the face of adversity and keeping an unwavering eye on sales targets.
• The ability to adapt and learn new sales methods while efficiently managing time is crucial for sales professionals to achieve success.
• Erecting and sustaining sturdy customer rapports while ensuring their fulfillment with top-class service provision.
• The documentation of customer information plays a crucial role in billing accuracy and allows a business to better understand and meet the needs of its customer base.

Requirements of the job:

• Highly skilled in the art of communication, utilizing outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
• Verification of having fulfilled the requirements for secondary education (individuals with a college diploma are preferred).
• The aptitude of a candidate to complete necessary pre-employment screening measures, such as drug testing, without hesitation.
• The need to work on-site at a Direct Sales facility for the entirety of the workday.
• Having a flexible mindset towards working hours, which includes availability on weekends and holidays.
• An operational network coection and possessing a smartphone or other mobile device are mandatory for accessing the digital domain.

The basic pay rate for this position is set at $17.25 per hour, featuring the opportunity to earn without limitations through commission. The chief objective of the total compensation package is $64k aually, although exceptional efforts can lead to earning well beyond six figures every year. Job progression is feasible within the first year, which involves obtaining a promotion accompanied by elevated job title and higher hourly pay.
