Your role involves aiding customers in making informed decisions based on DISH's product and services value proposition, effectively molding their decisions. With unlimited commission and no cold-calling, this role enables you to grow with DISH while benefiting from top-notch training and access to resources. Additionally, you will earn a base salary of $17.75/hour, with an estimated yearly commission of $64,000, with top performers aually earning more than six figures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enhance the customer experience for DISH and Boost by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations for their offerings during inbound calls.
• Scrutinize the individual needs of each customer and propose customized answers that deliver exceptional value.
• With unwavering determination, I exhibit resilience by surmounting obstacles while keeping my sales goals in sight.
• To reach your full potential as a sales professional, it is important to manage your time wisely, be open to new selling methods, and continuously seek out opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Profound abilities in articulating thoughts, concepts, and ideas verbally, through writing, and through conversations with others.
• While a high school diploma is a necessary qualification, the ideal candidate is someone with a college degree.
• Being subjected to pre-employment drug testing is obligatory for all potential employees.
• To be eligible for the position, applicants must be willing and able to work full-time and on-site at a DISH Direct Sales facility.
• Willingness to work according to the assigned schedules without limitations, including holidays and weekends.
• An essential requirement is to have a working smartphone or any other device that is able to coect to an active network.
