Job Summary of Call Center Sales Agent:
This role involves engaging with new and existing customers through a consultative sales approach to position and sell products and services. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a 100% inbound role with no cold calling, offering paid training and uncapped commission opportunities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Call Center Sales Agent:
- Sell products and services to new and existing customers using a consultative approach.
- Assess customer needs and provide value-driven solutions.
- Maintain resilience and focus while handling customer interactions.
- Efficiently manage time, navigate systems, and perform real-time data entry.
- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain customer relationships.
