The Inside Sales & Retention team highlights the unique value of our offerings to customers, without the need for cold calls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take advantage of Boost's family plans and discounts to save on monthly phone bills.
• Assess the expectations of clients and devise customized proposals to fulfill their requirements.
• Exude persistence and prioritize meeting sales targets.
• Success is dependent on managing time effectively and seeking opportunities.
• Building trust with clients is a critical component of fostering a lasting customer coection.
• Accurate documentation of customer details is critical for effective customer management.
• Offer world-class customer service to ensure your customers leave satisfied and happy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, verbal expression, and written communication.
• To be considered for the position, applicants must have completed high school, and those with a college diploma will be given priority.
• As part of the pre-employment procedure, it is vital to successfully complete a drug test and meet other requirements before being offered the position.
• A full-time, in-office position is now available at one of our Direct Sales establishments.
• Commitment to work according to the provided schedules.
• The option to access a working network through a convenient handheld device or gadget.
