Job Summary:

The Inside Sales & Retention team is responsible for showcasing the value of our offerings to customers in a 100% inbound call setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Get more for your money with DISH's package deals and promotional offers.
• Evaluate the needs of customers and develop tailored strategies to meet their expectations.
• Manifest grit and remain concentrated on achieving sales goals.
• Efficiently utilizing time and exploring prospects for advancement is indispensable.
• Regular communication with customers, listening to their feedback, and addressing their concerns are crucial for strengthening the relationship.
• It is imperative to document customer information in a precise and error-free maer.
• Provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and ensures their happiness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Adept at expressing oneself effectively through verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma, but individuals who have graduated from college are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Clearing a drug test is an essential component of the pre-employment screening, which is mandatory for all new hires.
• We are hiring for a full-time, on-site role at our Direct Sales location.
• Capability to adjust work timings as per the given schedules.
