Job Summary:

DISH is looking for individuals to join their esteemed Inside Sales & Retention team as Retention Account Executives. This role will enable you to influence customer decision-making processes, particularly regarding the value of DISH's products and services. The job allows for tremendous growth potential, with uncapped commission earning potential, a no cold-call environment, and the provision of high-quality resources and training. In addition, you are guaranteed a base pay of $17.75/hour, with an estimated yearly income of $64,000, and many top-performers earning six figures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase sales for DISH and Boost by utilizing active listening and persuasive selling techniques when handling inbound calls.
• Assess the unique demands of every patron and suggest tailored options that provide the optimal outcome.
• I am adept at demonstrating resilience by persevering through difficulties and staying committed to my sales targets.
• Excelling as a sales contributor requires mastering time management skills, remaining open to new and creative techniques, and actively seeking advancement within the company.
• For sustainable success, businesses must prioritize building and fostering strong client relationships while ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
• Effectively record customer details to facilitate effortless retrieval and follow-up.
• Improve the customer experience by actively listening to their concerns and taking speedy actions to resolve them.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Sound communication skills encompassing verbal, written, and interpersonal communication chaels.
• To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma, though college graduates are favored.
• Candidates are expected to pass their pre-employment screening, which encompasses a drug test and other critical assessments.
• One of the fundamental criteria for the job is the ability to work in person, full-time at one of DISH's Direct Sales locations.
• Open availability to work as per designated schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• One of the key prerequisites is to own a smartphone or any device that is able to access an active network.
