Our Inside Sales & Retention team demonstrates the unparalleled value of our offerings to customers without making cold calls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enjoy unlimited data plans with reliable network coverage from Boost.
• Listen to clients’ needs and come up with personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
• Be persistent in pursuing sales targets.
• It is important to identify avenues for growth while managing one’s time well.
• Building and fostering relationships with customers is key to any successful business venture.
• Accurately capture every detail about a customer.
• Provide excellent customer service so that your clients leave happy and satisfied.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Communicate effectively in writing, orally or interpersonally
• A high school diploma is required for this position but college graduates are preferred
• Candidates will be required to pass a drug test as part of pre-employment screening for the vacant post
• We have a full-time on-site role available at one of our Direct Sales centers for qualified candidates
• Must be willing to work during provided schedules
• Ability to access working network through handheld device or gadget conveniently

Salary:

As per the contract minimum wage is $17.75/hour
