Job Summary of Technician:

This position is responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to customers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and educating customers about DISH products and smart home technology. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Technician:

• Independently install, service, and troubleshoot DISH products and smart home solutions.
• Educate customers on product usage, features, and smart home benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Manage daily work schedules efficiently and collaborate with team members as needed.
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining a clean work environment and a positive attitude.
• Work in various environments, including rooftops, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications and Experience of Technician:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Physically capable of standing on ladders up to 40 feet, lifting over 70 lbs, and working in tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
