Job Summary:

The role of being a Field Technician requires you to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions, interacting with homeowners daily, representing DISH and consult with homeowners on smart home possibilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• At DISH, we work to simplify our clients' lives by serving as representatives in their homes and providing expert consultation on smart home technology.
• When customers feel a coection with service providers, they are more likely to perceive the service experience as satisfactory.
• Implement duties that involve working at different levels, including using ladders that extend up to 40 feet, and operating efficiently despite challenging weather conditions.
• To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a clean driving record and be capable of lifting heavy items exceeding 70 lbs.
• Going on trips as part of work obligations may be mandatory.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Expert in creating a swift coection and providing exceptional care to patrons.
• Ability to work at elevated positions and in variable weather conditions.
• Capability to hoist heavy weights exceeding 70 lbs with physical power.
• A clean driving record and a valid license are mandatory.
